Enrollment Requirements |

1. You must be a legitimate Coppell resident to enroll a student in any Coppell ISD school. A parent or legal guardian must accompany all students under the age of 18 to the school and provide the following documents:
Elementary New Enrollees
- Original signed Lease Agreement (signed by Lessor and Lessee) or a signed Settlement Statement or Deed, plus one original current utility bill or proof of application (Electric, Water, or Gas)
- Must present both of these at time of enrollment
- Campus will make a copy of the original
Elementary Returning Students
For All Secondary Students
- Proof of residency in Coppell ISD (a signed settlement statement or rental/lease agreement showing occupancy date). Two different andcurrent utility bills containing the resident name and address. The settlement statement must be a completed, signed statement and not a preliminary one for estimation of closing costs. Please contact your campus for further information regarding requirements and documentation.
2. Immunization records showing the dates immunizations were administered.
3. Student's social security card
4. Student's State Certified Birth Certificate
5. Identification of parent or legal guardian and/or custody papers
6. Withdrawal papers from previously attended school and/or final grade report for previous school year
7. A current email address to establish a parent portal account and to register your student(s) online
Don't forget to Register on the Portal Before School Starts
All secondary students must have an updated portal account and show proof of residency (utility bill, signed lease agreement, or settlement statement) before receiving a class schedule. Class schedules will be held until proof of residency is provided. |
