Are you interested in helping in the office or classroom of your child's school on a regular basis?

Are you accompanying a group of students on a field trip, weekend camp outing, helping with PTO events, or chaperoning at a dance?

To be eligible to volunteer on any of the CISD campuses for any of your "yes" responses above, you must complete a Criminal History Background Check. This process is done each school year for ALL volunteers.

To be considered as a CISD Volunteer for the 2011-2012 School Year, please complete the 2011-2012 Volunteer Form. You may do so byclicking here to print off a copy of the Criminal History Background Check Permission Form. These forms are also available at your child's school.
