    Parents, do you need technical support?

    Submit a Helpdesk Ticket utilizing our new system for the following:
    • Need to reset your Home Access Center password
    • Can't see all your children in Home Access Center, in Schoology, or on the CISD Mobile App
    • Having technical difficulties with Infosnap Enrollment

    First time submitting a Helpdesk Ticket?

    • Find at the bottom where it says "New to Coppell ISD Helpdesk? Sign Up"
    • Select "Sign Up"
    • Create an account by putting in your name, email and text verification.
    • You will receive a confirmation email from Coppell ISD 
    • Click the link in the email to create a password and login
    • Once login, you can search for some instructions in the "I need help with" bar OR "Submit a request" found in the top right hand corner.
    • In the drop down menu select "Parent-CISD Parent Help"
    • You will need your Student ID Number and Student Date of Birth. You can find your student ID number on his/her report card or on the Coppell ISD mobile App on the top of the Profile page.

    Already have a Helpdesk Account?

     You may have created an account if you submitted a ticket about Infosnap during the summer.
    forgot password
    •  Login with your email address and password.
      • If you forgot your password, just click "Sign in" and you will get a prompt in a red bar on the top that will read "Email address/password combination is incorrect, try again or get a new password"
      • coppellisdhelp.zendesk.com will send you an email with instructions
