Where do I go for technical support?
Students need to submit a ticket through the Help Desk app on their iPad. For additional support students can visit the following locations:
- CHS: The CHS ICU (iPad Care Unit) is located at the top of the CHS main entry stairs, just past the CHS Library. Technical and App support is available between 8 am-4:30 p.m. daily. Damaged iPads should be brought to the ICU so that repairs can be arranged.
- CMS North: The Tech Force located in the library
- CMS West: Front Office
- CMS East: Library
