Parents, do you need technical support?

  • Submit a Helpdesk Ticket utilizing our new system for the following:
    • Need to reset your Home Access Center password
    • Can't see all your children in the Home Access Center or in Schoology
    • Having technical difficulties with Student Enrollment

Submitting a Helpdesk Ticket?

    • The first time you login you will need to activate your account
    • Click "Forgot Password?"
    • Enter your email address
      • Note: this needs to be the same guardian email address you use in the Home Access Center
    • You will receive an email from support@freshworks.com
    • Click the Activate Account button in the email to create a password and login
    • Once logged in, you can search the knowledge base in the "Hi, how can we help you?" bar OR click "Browse help articles"
    • If your issue is not resolved from the help articles, click "Report an issue" to submit a ticket.
