Parents, do you need technical support?
Submit a Helpdesk Ticket utilizing our new system for the following:
- Need to reset your Home Access Center password
- Can't see all your children in the Home Access Center or in Schoology
- Having technical difficulties with Student Enrollment
Submitting a Helpdesk Ticket?
- The first time you login you will need to activate your account
- Click "Forgot Password?"
- Enter your email address
- Note: this needs to be the same guardian email address you use in the Home Access Center
- You will receive an email from email@example.com
- Click the Activate Account button in the email to create a password and login
- Once logged in, you can search the knowledge base in the "Hi, how can we help you?" bar OR click "Browse help articles"
- If your issue is not resolved from the help articles, click "Report an issue" to submit a ticket.
