Complete the application and click “done.” Once submitted, we will review to ensure it aligns with our program guidelines and once approved, we will add to our list of available offers. You will receive email confirmation once your offer has been approved.
1. How can my business benefit from participating in CISD’s Employee Discount Program?
Inclusion in this program is free and provides your business exposure to all our employees. Our over 1,200 employees shop, eat, work and play in our north Texas community, especially Coppell, and can provide word-of-mouth advertising for your business.
2. Is a minimum discount level required for participation?
No. The only criterion is that it is a discount, special offer, or free item that does not expire in less than six months. Temporary (one-week only, etc.) offers cannot be supported with this program.
3. Is there a time limit for a business to participate?
No. The program is offered to CISD employees year round and businesses may participate at any time.
4. Is there a limit to the number of updates I can make to my offer?
No. However, an offer must be valid for a minimum of six months.
5. Is the CISD Employee Discount Program available to businesses located outside the Coppell city limits?
Yes. While CISD always encourages the support of the local business community, we also recognize that many of our staff members reside in other North Texas communities. As well, many of our Coppell business have multiple locations across North Texas.
6. How can my business apply to participate in CISD’s Employee Discount Program?
It's easy! Businesses that want to offer a free, discounted, or special offer to CISD employees may apply to be added to the list of participants by simply clicking on the “Electronic Application Form” link located here. Complete the brief application then click the “Done” button. You will receive an email confirmation when your offer has been approved and added.
7. How will I know my business has been accepted as a participant?
You will be notified, in a timely manner, of the participation status of your business offer as either “Accepted” or “Declined.”
Coppell ISD reserves the right to cancel or deny participation in the Employee Discount Program at any time. Examples include, but are not limited to, if a company does not provide an appropriate, family-oriented service/product and/or if the company does not honor their proposed discount, among other reasons.
