     Please contact your insurance company for instructions on how to ship your iPad to them for repair.
    Non-Insured iPads:
     Please fill out a Helpdesk Ticket.

    You may do this from any computer.  Once you have filled out the Helpdesk ticket and submitted it, check your CISD email for further instructions.
