Phase 1: Discovery and Definition Phase
This Phase was instrumental to defining “who” CISD is and what we stand for. We received over 4,300 responses to our community questionnaire, and the results of that feedback and input was the catalyst for multiple workshops, which ultimately defined the Coppell ISD Values. These Values will serve as the anchor for our work moving forward.

During this phase, CISD will continue to build advocacy for the core values. Phase 4: Solutions
Currently, CISD is developing and implementing solutions for redefining success, collective engagement and authentic relationships. This phase includes gathering stakeholder input around the priority strategy questions. After the input is gathered and evaluated, solutions are tested and piloted leading to their implementation.- In what ways might we make engagement irresistible?
