About Dr. Brad Hunt
Dr. Hunt began his career in CISD in 1990 as a special education, world geography and American government teacher at Coppell High School. He, later, became the assistant principal at Coppell Middle School West before moving to Carroll ISD as a middle school principal. He then returned to CISD as its Director of Human Resources and, in 2006, he took the lead role as the principal of Coppell High School. In 2011, he transitioned back to CISD Administration as the Assistant Superintendent for Administrative Services. Dr. Hunt has a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas, a Master’s degree from the University of Texas at Tyler and his Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.) from the University of North Texas.
Dr. Hunt's wife, Janay, is a counselor in Carroll ISD and their two children attend schools in CISD.
