Security Changes for Connecting to CISD Email on Personal Device: Take Action by May 6
Microsoft has made some changes to the way email clients connect to Office 365, which will require action on your part if you check your CISD email on your personal device(s). Click here to view the Google Doc that explains the changes, and what action you must take.
If you are unable to open the document, please make sure you are signed in with your CISD issued Google Account (g.coppellisd.com), as the document is only shared internally.
You must complete the process detailed in the Google Doc by May 6 to avoid disrupting access to your CISD email account on your personal device(s).
The Technology Department will make the necessary changes to District issued iPads on April 15. The change will happen automatically when your iPad is connected to the Internet. If you use the iOS Mail app, the change will cause you to temporarily lose access to your CISD email account on your District iPad. Once the changes have been completed, you will be prompted to enter your CISD password to re-connect your mail account. After you have successfully authenticated, your email will be restored to your District iPad.
If you have any issues accessing your CISD email account on your District issued iPad, please submit a help desk ticket.
