• Weeks of Nov. 4th thru the 18th

     
    Instructional Focus:
    Students will learn the proper techniques used for various exercises using weight training equipment. 
    Students will learn the different muscle groups used for each exercise  
     
     
    Activities/Assignments:
    Students will learn to develop routines and training schedules for keeping fit.
     
     
    Assessments:
    Students are to keep records of their progress in all phases of their training.
