CISD Digital Learning Coaches exist to champion innovative learning experiences for all in an evolving world.

A Digital Learning Coach is an educator who is skilled at designing and facilitating innovative learning experiences for educators and learners. They create professional learning experiences like webinars, asynchronous virtual modules, face to face workshops, and twitter chats. As a coach, we work to partner, mentor, and design learning experiences with our educators that leverage district-aligned digital tools and resources.

We believe that intentional use of technology, partnered with quality digital learning instruction, has the power to deepen learning for all.

The Digital Learning Coaches empower CISD stakeholders to do this as a:

Change agent who facilitates an inspiring culture of learning through connections and shared vision of the use of emerging technologies.

Learning designer who collaborates with educators to develop accessible, and authentic learning experiences that meet identified learner needs.

Partner who establishes respectful and reciprocal relationships to improve instructional practice and learning outcomes.
