• Trustees approved a resolution changing the February 18, 2022 staff development day to a district holiday resulting in all CISD campuses and district offices will be closed on that day to give employees time off in recognition of all the extra efforts made these last 18 months; 
• The Board approved  Local Policy Updates prompted by the 87th Legislative Session and three Legislative Special Sessions with the following policies updated:

• Trustees approved a Texas Education Agency Class Size Waiver; 
• The Board approved the Financial Report for October 2021, the November 2021 Budget Amendments and adding the new Accounting Manager as a District Authorized Representative for Lone Star Investment Pool;
