• Trustees approved the adoption of the calendars for the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 school years;  
• The Board approved  TEA Staff Development Waivers for 2022-2023 and 2023-2024; 
• Trustees approved amending the agreement with Northstar Builders Group to include Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) replacements at Coppell Middle School North and Denton Creek Elementary School; 
• The Board approved the Remote Asynchronous Instruction Model of Learning for Coppell ISD provided during the first 9 weeks of the 2021-2022 school year; 
• Trustees approves Ed-Flex Schoolwide Eligibility Waiver for Coppell Middle School North, Wilson Elementary, Austin Elementary, Town Center Elementary and Denton Creek Elementary; and
• The Board approved the Financial Report for November 2021, the December 2021 Budget Amendments and the Quarterly Investment Report for Period Ending November 30, 2021.
