• The Board approved a One-Time Lump Sum Retention Incentive Payment using ESSER Funds, thus approving a $500 one time lump sum payment for eligible CISD employees; 
• Trustees approved the Innovative Course to course options and Course Guide, for the course “College and Career” designed for special education students, 
•  The Board approved amending agreement with Northstar Builders Group to include Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the Baseball/Softball Complex dressing rooms; 
• Trustees approved the Resolution to delegate authority to accept a contract employee's resignation effective before the end of the school year or submitted before penalty-free resignation date; 
• The Board approved a district-wide copy machine lease proposal. 
• As part of the Consent Agenda, the Board approved:
• The minutes of the regular meeting held on January 18, 2022;
• The monthly budget amendments for February 2022; 
• The Financial Report for January 2022;
• The submission of Class Size Waiver to TEA;
• The purchase of student bus fleet replacements;
• To enter into the Region 10 Service Center Multi-Region Purchasing Cooperative Interlocal Agreement; and
• The employment of professional personnel as recommended by the Superintendent.
