Ashley Minton has been the Assistant Principal at Richard J. Lee Elementary since 2016. She has 10 years of experience in Coppell ISD, including 6 years as an elementary educator and 2 years as a district math instructional coach. Miss Minton earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and her Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Baylor University. She believes her greatest strength is her true love of learning, and she is passionate about instructional design, technology integration, and building relationships with educators and learners. Miss Minton is excited about the opportunity to be a part of the FamiLEE, getting to know the learners and their families, and supporting the wonderful designers and staff. She considers it an honor to lead and serve at Richard J. Lee Elementary and is looking forward to an exciting year.
In her free time, Miss Minton likes to go to dinner with friends, attend Baylor football games, stay active doing CrossFit, and spend as much time with her nieces and nephews as possible.
