  • The Mission of the Coppell ISD Child Nutrition Department is to provide quality nutritious meals in a customer-focused environment. By working together as a team, we will strive to learn and improve through continuous training so that our students will be able to develop healthy minds and bodies.

What's New for 2019-2020

    • Check out our online Nutrislice menus to see all of our new menus and featured items!  New breakfast entrees include our new Strawberry Pancake Bowl, Blueberry Twisted MaxStix and Pillsbury Whole Grain Cinnamon Roll.  New lunch entrees include Steak Fingers, Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Oven-Fried Chicken Drums, Mini Chicken Corndogs and more!
    • We are beginning Phase II of the TDA Expanding 3 E’s School Garden Grant!  We will be working closely with students and teachers to plant and harvest school-grown fruits and vegetables to use in our cafeterias!  Learn more by visiting the “School Gardens” page to see pictures and updates.
    • Get ready for a new and exciting crop of Farm Fresh Friday recipes!  Starting in September, on the second Friday of each month we will highlight an in-season, Texas or School Garden-grown fruit or vegetable for students to try.  Fun and interactive worksheets and recipes can be found on our "Nutrition Education and Recipes" page and will be updated monthly.
