Lottery for First Come, First Serve New Tech High @ Coppell Ninth Graders Set
Due to the overwhelming response to the registration of incoming Ninth Graders held at 5:00 PM on Friday, February 27, for New Tech High@Coppell, the Coppell Independent School District will conduct a lottery of the First Come, First Serve only applicants. One-half of the available slots will be drawn (fifty percent of the total seats available) and those students will be offered commitment letters. The remainder of the names will go into the original lottery set for Monday, March 9.
The school district will contact each parent and/or student of the February 27 First Come, First Serve group to confirm their presence and to inform them of this addition to the process.
