• Coppell ISD Wins 11 Communications Awards

Coppell Independent School District was recently awarded two Silver Stars, seven Gold Stars, and two Best of Category awards for excellence in school communications. Their award –winning work was judged against communications professionals across the state.

Each year TSPRA, with more than 800 members, recognizes school communicators for outstanding work in print, video, and electronic media. This year's competition drew over 1,000 entries and was judged by marketing and communications specialists including advertising agencies and Public Relations professionals.

According to CISD Communications and Public Relations Director Tamerah Ringo, "The conference was one of the best yet and I am very pleased with the recognition we received. I have to say that this year's event had a special meaning for our team because of our work on the School Board Recognition Month campaign. CISD trustees work tirelessly to support the students and staff here, so that award was really for them. Everyone at the conference truly enjoyed seeing the tribute!"
