• Public Sign-up for iLead CISD Begins

Due to the success of the iLead CISD training sessions, piloted last winter for parents and community members, Coppell ISD will offer a similar opportunity for the 2011-2012 school year. The sessions provide a more in-depth look at how the school district operates and offer leadership training that may be used as a foundation for future service on committees and boards. This year, CISD will host an expanded version to include six, two-hour monthly sessions beginning on Wednesday, November 9, from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at the Vonita White Administration Bldg. A session fee of $45 will help defray district expenses incurred (e.g. guest speaker, materials, shirt, food, tour transportation, etc.). In addition, each participant must commit to attend all six sessions. Click here for the agenda. Sessions are set for the following Wednesday evenings: 11/9, 12/7, 1/11, 2/8, 3/7, and 4/4. Limited seating will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If this training is of interest to you, e-mail the Director of Communications & Public Relations, Tamerah Ringo, at tringo@coppellisd.com to reserve your seat!
