• New Enrollment Requirements for New and Returning Students

    You must be a legitimate Coppell ISD resident to enroll a student in any Coppell ISD school. A parent or legal guardian must accompany all students under the age of 18 to the school and provide the following documentation. All documents must be provided in order to view your student's teacher assignment and/or class schedule:

    New Elementary Enrollees

    1. Original signed lease agreement (signed by lessor and lessee) or signed settlement statement or deed*

    2. One current, original utility bill or proof of application (electric, water or gas)*

    3. Immunization records showing the dates immunizations were administered

    4. Student's social security card

    5. Student's state certified birth certificate

    6. Identification of parent or legal guardian and/or custody papers

    7. Withdrawal papers from previously attended school and/or final grade report for previous school year

    8. A current email address to establish a parent portal account and to register your student(s) online

    Returning Elementary Students

    1. One current, original utility bill (electric, water or gas) from the month of July or August**

    2. An updated account on the Parent Portal

    3. Additional immunization records or updates, as needed

    *You must present both at time of enrollment. Campuses will make copies of the originals.

    **You must present this to your campus on or before “Meet the Teacher Night.” Campuses will make copies of the originals.

    New Secondary Students

    1. Original signed lease agreement (signed by lessor and lessee) or signed settlement statement or deed*

    2. Two different, original and current utility bills containing the resident's name and address (electric, water or gas)*

    3. Immunization records showing the dates immunizations were administered

    4. Student's social security card

    5. Student's state certified birth certificate

    6. Identification of parent or legal guardian and/or custody papers

    7. Withdrawal papers from previously attended school and/or final grade report for previous school year

    8. A current email address to establish a parent portal account and to register your student(s) online

    Returning Secondary Students

    Elementary teacher assignments will be held at each campus on Wednesday, August 18 (call or visit your campus website to find out times and details). Call or visit your campus website to find out dates and times for receiving secondary class schedules.
