New Tool for Electronic Payments
We are pleased to introduce SchoolPay, an easy and safe way for you to make school payments electronically. In order to use SchoolPay, you must register for a Parent Account. Your registration allows us to send you payment items that are relevant to your children.
Registration is free and you are not required to store any financial data, unless you elect to do so. SchoolPay is certified to the highest security standards. Parent accounts will be created for families that have a parent email address on record with the District. Please check your email address on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 for an email from firstname.lastname@example.org which will contain your login credentials to the system. Please also check your spam filter if there are any issues.
If you do not have an email on file with Coppell ISD, you may register directly with SchoolPay. You will need your children's names as they are enrolled within CISD and their Student ID number(s). If you do not know your child's student ID number, there is a provision to look for it. Below are the registration steps to follow:
- Go to SchoolPay at https://www.mypaynetapps.com/login.php, click on the "Create an account" button. This link will be permanently located under the Parents tab on the District's website.
- Enter your name; select your child's school name (NOT the district name).
- Enter your child's Student ID Number or look it up.
- Repeat for each additional child.
You will immediately be logged into your account and prompted to change your password to one of your own choosing. In your Parent Account, select "Make a Payment" to purchase items child by child. All of your payments will be contained in the Transaction Archive.
