Dear Parent/Guardian:

Last night, the Coppell ISD Board of Trustees considered and approved a recommendation to utilize student transportation services from Durham School Services beginning with the 2017-2018 school year. Given our projected student growth and the need for more comprehensive transportation services, the district has been proactive in seeking solutions to ensure the best student transportation possible with a primary focus on safety, timeliness of routes, and parent communication. We believe the decision to move to Durham is a solution that will better meet the requests and needs of our school community.

As we conclude our valued longtime partnership with Dallas County Schools, we would like to express appreciation for the cooperation they have given the district over the past years, and through the next few months, as we transition to the new provider. Thank you for your support and patience.
