CISD to Provide iPad and Medication Pick Up for Elementary Families March 18
Dear Coppell ISD Families,
The district will allow our elementary students’ parents or guardians to pick up learner iPads and any medications left at school via a drive through process at our elementary schools on Wednesday, March 18, during the schedule indicated below.
For middle and high school learners, school officials will reach out to those who filled out the form go.coppellisd.com/SecondaryDevice indicating they need access to their device. Middle or high school students who need access to their medication, should contact their school nurse directly to arrange pick up.
If you are a parent or guardian of an elementary student who needs to pick up prescription medication for your child(ren), please fill out the form at go.coppellisd.com/ElementaryMedPickUp by 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 17.
Parents or guardians must fill out the form at go.coppellisd.com/PK-5iPad in order to check out their child(ren)’s iPad. One form must be filled out per child. Parents or guardians must also bring a form of picture identification to pick up the iPad. You can only pick up iPads for your own children. Children cannot pick up an iPad without a parent or guardian present and must remain in their vehicle.
Elementary learners’ iPads and charging cords will be distributed at the cafeteria loop at all elementary schools, except for Pinkerton elementary, which will offer pick up at the front loop of the building.
We ask that elementary parents and guardians follow the schedule below to pick up iPads and medications. If you have more than one child in your family that you are picking up for, please come at the time allocated for your youngest child. Please stay in your car through this process, as our staff members will come to you to get your information and give you your child(ren)’s iPad or medication.

We understand that many of our parents and guardians may need to bring their children with them in the car to pick up iPads or medication. As much as our educators and staff would like to closely interact with our learners, please know we will be practicing social distancing throughout this distribution process.
Be on the lookout for email instructions on how to access your iPad and the educational apps with it via an email from your child’s teacher. As a reminder, Coppell ISD is not providing formal instruction this week (through March 20). Our virtual curriculum officially will begin on March 23.
Thank you for your patience and understanding through this process.
