Back-to-School Technology Check
We are so excited to welcome all of our students back into our classrooms. Our goal is to ensure that all of our users have access to functioning, updated devices in order for the educational process to be uninterrupted and our learners to experience success.
In order for the district to effectively communicate and instruct, it is important that the district-owned devices currently checked out to your child(ren) are in good working order. This email has important information that you may use throughout the year, as well as some action items for you to be able to assist your student in having a smooth start to the school year.

We will consider the iPad to be in working order if we don't hear from you by Wednesday, August 10.
We would also like to take this time to introduce or remind you about the CISD Device Protection Plan we have available for you. This link will take you to the page with all of the information and details about this plan. You may make the $25/iPad or $40/MacBook payment here. This plan will replace an accidentally damaged device or accessory, at no further cost to you. Please consider enrolling in this optional plan that could save you hundreds of dollars. The deadline to enroll in the Device Protection Plan is September 30, 2021. If you do not enroll in this plan before this date, you will be responsible for the full cost of repairs or replacement of the device.
