Out of an abundance of caution and due to inclement weather and possible unsafe road conditions, Coppell ISD has made the decision to close all schools and administration buildings on Tuesday, Jan. 31.

All extracurricular, athletic and fine arts activities are also canceled due to the weather.  The CHS9 Spring Showcase scheduled for Jan. 31 has been moved to Feb. 21.

The district is assessing how this day will be made up, which could include the use of a bad weather day or by using extra instructional minutes already built into the district’s calendar. Once finalized, this decision will be shared with our staff and families.
