Dear Coppell ISD Community,
We are sharing an important update regarding the Friday, Oct. 27 varsity football game against Flower Mound.
Due to the predicted storms in the area, we have made the decision to move up the start time of the game to 5 p.m. and the gates will open at 4 p.m.
Even with the football game time change, the CISD Community Tailgate will still take place from 5 to 6:30 p.m. as originally planned. However, please note that the location of the Tailgate has been moved from the CHS Field House to the CHS Commons/Cafeteria area, and attendees will enter near the CHS Arena at the Auditorium entrance (see map below.)
For those of you attending the Tailgate — you'll be able to take your meal from Dickey's Barbecue into the game or enjoy your meal in the CHS Commons.
For those who plan to attend the Tailgate, please refer to the map below for entrance instructions:
As a reminder, Tailgate meals were purchased in advance and will not be available for purchase at the event, so make sure to have your meal receipt handy.
We appreciate your understanding and flexibility regarding this change, which was made with the safety of our students, staff and fans as our top priority.
Remember, the spirit of the Cowboys remains unwavering, and together, we look forward to Friday night. Let's come together to support our team and show that the Cowboy Fight Never Dies!
