iLead is a leadership training series for interested parents and community members (adults only) looking to become informed leaders and advocates for our students. Participants will gain insight into the operations of the CISD, as well as learn about our curriculum framework and community engagement opportunities.

The iLead program includes five, two-hour monthly sessions held in the evenings. Each participant must commit to attending all five sessions, as well as one monthly Board Meeting before April 2024. Sessions are set for 6:30-8:30 p.m. on the following dates: Sept. 20th, Oct. 4th, Oct. 18th, Nov. 1st and Nov. 8th.

A session fee of $50 (+ convenience fee, if paying via Schoolpay) per registrant will help defray district expenses incurred, including the dinners provided at each session and an iLead shirt. To confirm your spot, please complete the application by September 1, 2023, and you will be provided a Schoolpay link for online payment. You may also pay by cash or check.  iLead I Limited to the first 25 participants.  All confirmed participants will be notified by Wednesday, September 6, 2023, and payments must be received by September 15, 2023.
