Partnering With CISD

Signage
Based on the CISD Electronic and Printed Material Guidelines, an organization can place a yard sign at each campus for up to two weeks during the school year. A maximum of two organizations can place signs at each campus at a time. Currently scheduled yard sign placements can be viewed on the Yard Sign Calendar. All yard signs must be approved by the Communications department. To place a yard sign, email communications department the desired dates and campuses and the image of the sign for approval.

Flyer Distribution
Our district cooperates with community groups and organizations that sponsor activities of an educational/enrichment nature for students by distributing materials electronically via Peachjar. As part of our efforts to be more environmentally friendly, embrace innovative technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we have transitioned from paper to electronic flyer delivery.

To request flyer approval, follow the steps below. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to all parents and posted online. Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed.

• Visit www.peachjar.com
Sign Up.
• Upload your flyer for approval.
* Allow five business days for approval.
• Please add the following statement to any flyer submitted for distribution (flyer without this statement will not be approved): This organization and its activities are not related to, or sponsored by, Coppell ISD.

Your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district's Communication office. District staff will review the material and approve or deny based on the CISD Electronic and Printed Materials Guidelines. Peachjar charges a fee for this service that is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school. Read more about the service fees.
