Coppell ISD is pleased to announce Dr. Amber Lasseigne, RTSBA, as the district’s next Chief Financial Officer. Dr. Lasseigne is an accomplished school finance leader with two decades of experience serving Texas school districts and statewide education organizations. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Finance for MoakCasey, where she provides statewide technical assistance, legislative analysis and comprehensive school finance support to districts across Texas. Prior to this role, Dr. Lasseigne served as the Executive Director of Finance for Lewisville ISD and Allen ISD, overseeing budgeting, accounting, debt service, bond management and financial compliance. Her career also includes key leadership roles at Region 10 ESC, Fort Worth ISD, and the Ohio Department of Education, where she supported major federal and state education initiatives. She holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership from Southern Methodist University.
Dr. Lasseigne will transition into this new role as Diana Sircar, Coppell ISD’s current Chief Financial Officer, retires in January 2026.
