Planning to participate in athletics during the 2026-2027 school year? Make sure your Rank One paperwork is complete before practices and tryouts begin.

Incoming Freshmen (Class of 2030):

Complete the new UIL PAPF Eligibility questionnaire along with all required Rank One forms.

Returning Athletes (Grades 10-12):

Log in to Rank One and complete the new UIL PAPF Eligibility questionnaire. If you attended your current high school last year, answer “No” to the transfer question and submit the form.

New & Transfer Students:

Complete the UIL PAPF Eligibility questionnaire and answer all transfer-related questions. Additional UIL review may be required before eligibility can be approved.

All student-athletes should also verify that the following are complete:

  • Emergency Contact Information

  • Medical History

  • UIL Physical/Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation (if required)
