Coppell Middle School West Student Council is a student organization led by elected Student Officers. The officers and board are assisted by a large group of student representatives. Any student can become a "representative" by completing an application at the beginning of the year, attending all Student Council meetings and being active in the organization by participating in the service projects.  This year's CMS West Student Council Advisors are Maria Baker and Christina Malone.

The Coppell West Student Council provides 6th, 7th and 8th-grade students with the opportunity to join a student-led "service organization" created to:

• Promote school spirit activities for all students which enhances the school climate

• Provide students with opportunities to serve the needs of students at Coppell West, serve the Community through various service projects.

• Serves as a student organization which can work with the Coppell M.S. West administration and faculty to continue to improve opportunities for students
