CHS senior tuba student Rushil Yeluri is striking a chord on the international music scene after being named the 3rd Place Winner in the Intermediate Category, age 14–17, in the 2025 American Protégé International Woodwinds and Brass Competition. Yeluri will take his talents to one of the world’s most iconic stages next March, performing the Gregson Tuba Concerto at Carnegie Hall — a moment sure to resonate for years to come as he continues to scale new musical heights.
