From daily “Star Huddles” to student-led conferences and personalized leadership notebooks, students are actively engaged in setting goals, tracking progress and reflecting on their growth. The Lighthouse Review Team commended Valley Ranch for its inclusive and collaborative culture, where families are embraced as co-leaders and staff model lifelong learning through ongoing training and teamwork. Students take on meaningful leadership roles across campus, from Safety Patrol to Principal’s Cabinet, while also showcasing their talents during events like the Community Night Talent Show.
