Applications are being accepted through 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 4, for CISD’s 2026 iLead program. iLead is a leadership training series for interested parents and community members looking to become informed leaders and advocates for CISD. Participants will gain insight into CISD's operations and learn about the district's curriculum framework and community engagement opportunities. The iLead program includes four, two-hour sessions held in the evenings in October and November. Each participant must commit to attending all four sessions and one monthly Board Meeting before April 2027. Sessions are set for the following dates and times:

  • Thursday, October 1, 2026 from 7 to 9 p.m.

  • Wednesday, October 14, 2026 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

  • Wednesday, October 28, 2026 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

  • Wednesday, November 4, 2026 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

A session fee of $100 (+ convenience fee, if paying via Schoolpay) per registrant will help defray district expenses incurred, including the food provided at each session and an iLead shirt.
