Change of Information

At the beginning of the year, we asked for parents to submit information in the Online Registration process (Infosnap). That was a one-time only submission process. Unfortunately, that was also a one-time only opportunity to change information. We realize that information does change throughout the year. So if you need something to be changed (added/deleted), here are the procedures. 

If you need to request changes to information of your student, please follow the steps below:

Include the Following Information:

  • Full Name of Student: Last, First

  • Student ID: 5 Digit number

  • Reason for Request: (examples)

    • Student Information

    • Student’s Contact Information

    • Student’s Medical Condition

    • Other (iPad, E-Communication, Disclosure, Honor Roll Lunch)

The change will be made within 24 hours but it may not be reflective in the Home Access Center (if applicable) for 48 hours.

 

  • For Address Change:

    • You will need to provide the HUD statement or Lease agreement for the new address as well as a utility bill (gas, water OR electricity) IN PERSON to the school

    • We will change your student’s address as well as any guardian’s address that the student is living with

  • For Email Address Change:

    • If you can email from the email address that we have on file for you, then we can change your email address to a new one. To do that:

      • Email: ekelly@coppellisd.com for CHS

      • Let us know what the new email address will be

      • If this is the same email address you used to establish the InfoSnap account for Online Student Registration, then contact InfoSnap at support@InfoSnap.com or 866-752-6850 to let them know of your email address change

    • If you no longer have access to the email address that we have on file for you, then you have to come to the school IN PERSON to make the change. 

      • We would need to verify your identity before we can change an email address by driver’s license

      • If this is the same email address you used to establish the InfoSnap account for Online Student Registration, then contact InfoSnap at support@InfoSnap.com or 866-752-6850 to let them know of your email address change

  • For Other Changes Regarding Your Student (i.e. misspelling of name, change of name, wrong DOB)

    • Please make us aware of the change needed by email.

    • Email: ekelly@coppellisd.com for CHS

    • We will check the information that we have in our files and confirm the change

    • If we can’t confirm the change with the information we have been provided, you would need to provide further documentation IN PERSON

    • Any change needed may take up to 24 hours to be completed.

    • If the change is something seen in the student’s/parent’s HAC (Home Access Center), it may take up to 48 hours to be seen there. 

  • For Contact Changes or Any Other Changes:

    • Email from the email address we have on file for you to notify us of the change needing to be made. 

    • Please be as specific as possible on the changes needing to be made.

    • Any change needed may take up to 24 hours to be done. 

    • Changes may take up to 48 hours to be seen in the student’s/parent’s HAC.

  • For Changes with Medical Conditions:

    • Email the request for change to: ekelly@coppellisd.com

    • Please list specifics of the medical change; may have to forward to the nurse for recommendations

    • Any change needed may take up to 24 hours to be done. 

  • For Changes Regarding the iPad, ECommunication, Disclosure, Honor Roll Lunch:

    • Email the request for change to: ekelly@coppellisd.com

    • Please give your approval, disapproval of the request for access
