Coppell ISD is pleased to announce the appointment of Cooper Hilton as Assistant Superintendent of Leadership and Administrative Services. Hilton brings extensive experience and a deep commitment to the district to this role.
Hilton began his career in education as a bilingual teacher and interventionist in another school district before joining Coppell ISD. During his 16 years in CISD, he has served in a variety of leadership roles, including Assistant Principal, Principal and most recently, Director of Governmental Relations and Strategic Initiatives.
“I am thrilled to continue serving Coppell ISD in this new capacity,” Hilton said. “CISD has invested greatly in my growth as an educator over the past 16 years, and it is truly an honor to step into this leadership role. My two greatest professional passions are Coppell ISD and advocating for public education, and I am grateful for the opportunity to pursue both in this position.”
In his new role, Hilton will support leadership development, administrative operations, and district initiatives that strengthen schools and advance student success. Coppell ISD looks forward to the leadership, collaboration and dedication he will bring to this position.
