Coppell High School - Cowboys

During the June 22 Board Meeting, CISD Trustees approved the district's 2026-2027 Employee Compensation Plan. The Board also approved several items related to the 2023 voter-approved Bond, including:

• The

  purchase and installation of Clearpass from World Wide Technologies for the purchase and installation of Clearpass, not to exceed $150,000

• The use of

  Aramark Facility Services to complete the necessary foundation repairs at the Coppell ISD Service Center

  at a total cost of $359,586 with $100,000 of this cost be used for contingency as needed for unknown repairs that will be required after the foundation work is completed

• The purchase and installation of network switching equipment from World Wide Technologies for the purchase and installation of network switching equipment for Coppell High School due to the the New Tech High @ Coppell and new CTE space at the building not to exceed $125,000.

• The purchase and installation of ExtraHop from World Wide Technologies for technology networking infrastructure not to exceed $800,000

• The hiring of Terracon Consultants, Inc.

  as a professional consultant and

  engineer for construction materials observation, engineering, and testing services for the Lakeside Elementary Renovation, Austin Elementary Renovation and Richard J. Lee Elementary Remediation Project at a total cost not to exceed $300,000.

• The CISD Dual Credit Service Agreement with Dallas College

• The Memorandum of Understanding regarding the Dallas County Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program (DCJJAEP)

• The Purchasing Cooperative usage and associated fees to be paid by CISD for the fiscal year 2026-2027

• The Interlocal Agreement by and between Dallas County, Texas and the Coppell Independent School District for School Resource Deputies

• The monthly budget amendments for June 2026, the Financial Report for May 2026 and the Investment Report for the period ending May 31, 2026
